SANTA BARBARA, Calif.—-Somera Capital Management, LLC has acquired the 2.9-acre Hampton Inn & Suites development in Poway, Calif., in joint venture with Ocean Park Hotels. The partnership will advance the development on the site of a 108-room hotel, including 33 suites, which was acquired from the city of Poway.
