CALGARY, ALBERTA– – WEST MOUNTAIN CAPITAL CORP. is pleased to announce that it has entered into a letter of intent dated September 11, 2007 with PHASE SEPARATION SOLUTIONS INC. and its principal lender that sets out the basic terms and conditions pursuant to which it is intended that West Mountain and PS2 will complete a business combination.
