GLEN ALLEN, Va.—-Dynex Capital, Inc. reported net income of $2.7 million and $7.3 million for the three-month and nine-month periods ended September 30, 2007, respectively, compared to a net loss of $0.2 million and net income of $2.6 million for the same periods last year.
