CALGARY, ALBERTA– – ARAPAHOE ENERGY CORPORATION is pleased to announce that it has executed a non- arm’s length letter agreement with First West Petroleum Inc. of Calgary, Alberta to effect a business combination whereby Arapahoe will acquire all of the outstanding common shares of First West in exchange for common shares of Arapahoe.
